Resilience and Adaptation: Integrated Solutions for Coastal Climate Change and Extreme Storm Events

Extreme storms can create hazards that impact upon the social well-being, infrastructure and economy of every community and the environment up and down the Queensland coast. The extent and severity of these hazards will be exacerbated by projected climate change. State Government policy requires Councils to understand and respond to these hazards and risks in their planning.
